Check in &
Check out |
Strictly 4pm check in and 2pm check out. Guests or members may not enter the club before 4pm on their day of arrival, or stay beyond 2pm on their day of departure. |

| Luggage |
Unlike previous years, guests may no longer leave luggage at the club before their check in time or after their departure time. |

| |
|
| Food |
Pegasus supplies a range of fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, milk and condiments during the ski season only. These are already included in the accommodation rates and area available to all guests. More info..

| Kitchen |
Pegasus is a self catering lodge with a well appointed communal kitchen . The kitchen's mod cons include regular and microwave ovens, dishwashers, freezer and refrigerated storage space. |

| |
Bed Linen
& Bath Towels |
Bring your own bed linen and bath towels. Linen can also be hired for $10 per set and towels for $5 each. All beds are standard size except the ensuite rooms which have queen size double beds and standard size bunks. Pegasus has a small laundry which guests may use. |

| Duties |
All guests and members are assigned a small house keeping duty to perform each day of their stay, except their day of arrival and day of departure. |
|
| |
| Smoking |
Smoking is not allowed in the club but smokers may smoke outside at the entrance, using the ashtray provided. |
|
| |
| Clean up before departure |
Guests must clean their rooms and remove all food from their fridge, coolroom and food drawer storage space before the check out time of 2pm on their day of departure. |
