Lodge Bedrooms & facilities
Pegasus has 14 bedrooms, 5 with ensuite bathrooms and 9 with private shared bathrooms. Extensively renovated in 2012 Pegasus also boasts a spectacular kitchen, new bathrooms, spacious and efficient shedding and drying rooms as well as a laundry room. With a magnificent fire room, games room with pool table and of course our large communal dining room, there is plenty of space to spread out and be as social or private as you like.
Best of all, we never enforce room sharing, particularly good for couples and families.

Breakfast included
Over the winter season enjoy breakfast on us! Milk, bread, butter, jam, vegemite and various cereals are provided daily. Our friendly lodge managers will lay this out in the dining room each morning,

With hi-speed fibre to the premise, whether you need to fit in some study, get those urgent emails done or simply catch up on the footy, we have you covered!
Lodge Managers
Our onsite lodge managers will welcome you to the lodge and are more than happy to answer any of your questions. If you're lucky they might even give you some tips on where to find the best runs on the mountain.
Club Supplies
Hungry? Help yourself to the complimentary club supplies. In winter this includes some fruits, staples such as bread, milk, butter, rice and even seasonal vegetables, as well as all the herbs, spices and condiments you could need!

Pegasus did not disappoint. Lovely roaring fireplace; huge community kitchen and a mixture of room configurations with and without ensuite facilities. The live-in manager made us feel very welcome as did the members of the lodge. Not the place to stay if you want a sleep in as sleeping quarters are below the kitchen/ dining areas so footsteps are audible when children arise! Very clean, basic foods supplied for communal use, and we thoroughly enjoyed our skiing experience.
Southsoul
Pegasus is a ski club located at Mount Hotham. It was one of the accommodations listed on the Mount Hotham accommodation website.
It is by far the best ski lodge I've stayed at in Australia and NZ. It is clean, warm and quiet (though I was told it could get noisy during school holidays when the kids are there). The kitchen is impressive and breakfast, selected fruits/ vegies and some condiments are all catered for. The non-enforced room sharing is the best, though you do pay slightly more for single occupancy!

We had such a wonderful time at Pegasus. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with absolutely anything we could have needed. The facilities were spacious and family friendly. Our room was well appointed with comfortable and clean linen, and the shared bathroom was easy to adapt to. The lodge manager was welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. We look forward to our next stay...
