How to Book

Online bookings

Bookings can be easily made via our online bookings system

Payment

We accept payment via credit card, paypal and bank transfer (direct deposit)  Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge to cover bank transaction fees.

Please include your booking ID in the transaction description details to ensure your booking is able to be updated as paid.  PayPal payments can be made at the time of booking online.   Any paypal surcharges will be automatically added to your booking at this time. Please note you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this system.

 

Cancellation Policy

General bookings and cancellation policy

Please note all bookings are payable within 7 days.  Any unpaid bookings will be automatically suspended after 7 days and cancelled after 14 days .  

​

21 days or more

Bookings cancelled more than 21 days before the booking date will receive a full refund less 10%.

​

Within 21 days

Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the booking will receive a full refund less 20% if the room is subsequently filled.

Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the  booking will not receive a refund if the room is not able to be filled.

COVID 19 bookings and cancellation policy

Pegasus has implemented a revision to its booking and cancellation policy and processes for bookings impacted by Covid 19. These revisions will apply during the COVID-19 pandemic in the event of:
 

  • Closure of the Mt Hotham Alpine resort during your intended period of stay due to COVID-19

  • COVID-19 Travel restrictions or self-isolation requirements preventing you from proceeding with your intended stay

  • Closure of Pegasus Alpine Club during your intended period of stay due to COVID-19

Guest Bookings

In the event of cancellation of the 2023 snow season  or part thereof, all guest bookings will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund processed.

Member Bookings

In the event of cancellation of the 2023 snow season all member bookings will be automatically cancelled, and a full credit to the value of all bookings added to the member’s account, for use for future bookings.
In the event that a member would prefer a cash refund, please email the Booking Officer who will consider your request in consultation with the Board.

 

Proof of vaccination status will be required by all persons entering the lodge during both the summer and winter seasons.

​

Pegasus recommends all guests take out travel insurance to cover their stay in the snow.
